Ronald McDonald House Ideas

At the 2003 National ACT Convention, delegates voted to adopt
Ronald McDonald House Charities as the National ACT Community
Service Initiative for 2003-2004.

  1. Go to the Ronald McDonald House Web site, www.rmhc.com,
or call (630) 623-7048 to find the house nearest your chapter.
  2. Contact your local house to obtain a list of most needed items.
  3. Determine which activity your chapter will conduct.
    Examples:
    • Hold a local drive to collect the most needed items
    • Volunteer to cook or clean at the house once a month
    • Take your chapter Christmas caroling to the house
    • Set up a donation box at your college
  4. Be creative and have fun. Any help you give the house will
    be appreciative.
